EAKBC-WDA has started to implement an agricultural project to enhance livelihood of poor farmers and rural women. Under this integrated program, issues of environmental protection, soil and water conservation problems are addressed. As a result, so far millions of trees and agro forestry seedlings have been planted in collaboration with the local government and the community at large. In addition we have already launched a three years agricultural project in Kembata Tembaro Zone.
